Kodia 1125 (Triplex) bathroom latch with brass latch and bush, 70mm "Extra Heavy", a mortice latch for bathroom and toilet doors. Set into a mortice in the door edge, its spring-loaded latch bolt holds the door shut and draws back when the lever handle turns the spindle in the square brass bush. The black open-frame body shows the spring and mechanism, and a bright silver faceplate carries the Kodia logo and two fixing holes, with screws set into the case.
