Clear glass door knobs on polished brass make up this Classic Passage Set, a period-style door hardware set for hallway and bedroom doors. It pairs solid brass with traditional faceted glass knobs, each with a star cut at its base, set on a brass shank in front of a long backplate. The plate has ornate cast leaf-and-scroll crests at top and bottom, a rope-twist border with darkened recesses and a smooth polished centre panel, fixed with slotted screws. The metal finish is made to withstand daily use, with corrosion resistance and tarnish protection that keep its sheen for years. The passage latch works smoothly, and the set suits restoration projects as well as new home builds. Catalogue code: GMC-48F93-K
