Solid brass Art Deco Nouveau Vesta door plates, sold as a pair, for framing a door knob and keyhole in period style. Each long plate has a polished brass face with a raised knob collar, a keyhole cut-out and ornate shell-and-scroll crests at the top and bottom, set inside stepped borders, with a screw hole at each corner and small brass screws for fixing. The plates are built to take years of heavy use while keeping their bright, lustrous finish, and they resist tarnishing and corrosion. The flowing, Art Nouveau-inspired detailing suits the restoration of a period property or a decorative accent on a modern door. Catalogue code: GMC-SEDP700215-K
