Polished brass pair of "Nantucket" door plates, the bright, gold-toned version of this ornate backplate for a door knob and keyhole on interior doors. Each plate carries a fluted shell crest at top and bottom, raised scrollwork, beading and leaf patterns around a smooth central panel, a round knob hole above the keyhole and two screw holes. The plates are solid brass with a brilliant, mirror-like polished finish, made to withstand daily wear and to resist tarnishing and corrosion. The design adds historic charm to entryways and suits traditional or transitional decor, for a full home renovation or a simple style update. The set is easy to install and each one is inspected for quality. Catalogue code: GMC-TJ-B108-K
