Vintage-style cast iron rectangle rim lock with black porcelain knobs, a surface-mounted lock for interior doors. The set comprises a plain rectangular black cast iron lock case with a keyhole, a matching keeper, two glossy black porcelain knobs (one on the case, one on a round rose), a rectangular black escutcheon with a keyhole and two brass-tone keys on a ring. A brass-tone latch and bolt project from the case edge, with a small brass-tone button below. The heavy-duty cast iron is built for durability and frequent daily use, and the black porcelain knobs give a smooth, comfortable grip that contrasts with the iron housing. The lock is easy to install and suits restoration projects, historic cottages and farmhouse interiors. Catalogue code: GMC-TJ-B8rWHrBLK-K
