PVC cling film, also known as plastic wrap or plastic cling film, made from a soft PVC non-toxic compound for packing fruit, vegetables and meat in supermarkets. The film clings to seal food items by itself, adhesive-free. It comes in thicknesses of 10 to 20 microns, widths of 25 to 45cm and roll lengths of 300 to 1,500m, wound on a 3-inch (76mm) paper core. Rolls are packed in cartons, and the paper core and carton can be printed to the buyer's requirements. Rolls come in clear, amber, pale yellow and blue tints. The film is made in Kolkata on advanced technology machines from quality raw materials, goes through quality tests for compliance with international quality standards, and is exported from India.
