Push fit coupler: a straight push-to-connect plumbing fitting that joins any combination of copper, PEX, CPVC, PE-RT or SRD9 HDPE pipe. The pipe is inserted deep enough for a specially formulated O-ring to seal it, and stainless steel teeth bite down to grip it, so the joint goes together free of soldering, clamps, unions or glue. The coupler is designed for potable water and radiant heating, including underground or behind-the-wall installations free of access panels, and is rated up to 200°F and 200 psi. It is made from high grade raw materials and stocked in an in-house storehouse that keeps it away from moisture, rainwater and sunlight. The barrel-shaped body comes in grey or white, with ridged grip ends and a round pipe socket at each end.
