Filling System

This manual paste filling machine dispenses doses from 5ml to 100ml of liquid, cream, gel and sauce. It has a conical funnel hopper on top, a hand lever with a black grip, a narrow filling nozzle and an upright post on a flat base plate. Semi-automatic in operation, it fills containers by lever stroke for food, cosmetic and chemical packaging.

A large conical hopper sits above a horizontal piston and cylinder on a long base, with the filling nozzle at the front, a pressure gauge and buttons on the base and a separate foot switch. The piston and hopper are made of Stainless Steel 304 Grade, and the machine runs on an air compressor.
