Filling System

The mini liquid filling machine covers fill volumes from 5ml to 4000ml for bottle filling. Its console has a digital keypad panel and a red rocker switch, and it connects to a suction hose with a weighted inlet, a filling nozzle clamped on a stand and a foot pedal. It fills water, juice, oil, chemicals and other liquids into bottles for liquid packaging.

Its compact silver box carries a digital controller with readouts for filling time, waiting time, counter and filling speed, a red rocker switch, a separate foot pedal and a nozzle held on an upright rod fed by a white hose. It fills up to 3.2 Litre/Min depending on the product, with +/- 0.5% accuracy, and comes in single-nozzle and double-nozzle types for bottle filling.
