The 4525 is an industrial heat shrink tunnel for PVC shrink packaging and shrink wrapping. It has an orange heating chamber on a black stand, a roller conveyor running through the tunnel and extending out at both ends, a front control panel with digital displays and buttons, and castor wheels under the legs. Film-wrapped products pass through the heated tunnel so the film shrinks tight around them, making it suitable for bottles, boxes, food, cosmetics and carton wrapping.

This shrink tunnel machine has a long enclosed tunnel for shrink wrapping. The tunnel has a red-curtained entry, two fans on its roof and a control box with coloured buttons above, with a conveyor running through it between blue side rails. The section at the entry end has a blue frame with its own control box and a feed tray with a cylinder, and the whole frame stands on castor wheels. It is used to shrink film around wrapped products.

A shrink tunnel carries a film-wrapped product through hot air on a conveyor so the film shrinks tight around it. The listed tunnels, including a 4525 model, are used for bottles, boxes, food trays and multi-packs wrapped in POF, PVC or PE shrink film, often after an L-sealer.
