BMC Air Filter Washing / Cleaning Kit (WA 250 - 500)
BMC air filter washing and cleaning kit WA 250 - 500 for all BMC cotton gauze filters on motorcycles and cars. BMC Detergent (500 ml) lifts dirt, dust and contaminants while keeping the cotton intact; BMC Filter Oil (250 ml), a red oil labelled "SPECIAL FLUID FOR FILTER REGENERATION", restores dust-trapping efficiency. Two white nozzle spouts are included. Regular cleaning keeps airflow and filtration at peak, extending filter life and saving money.
Cleaning is simple: remove the filter from the airbox, spray or soak with detergent, let it sit, rinse with low-pressure water, air dry fully and naturally away from direct heat, oil evenly, then refit. Clean every 20,000 - 25,000 km, more often in dusty or off-road use.
